Dr. Alexandra Sahni is a highly skilled Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT-LANA) with a passion for helping individuals regain mobility, manage swelling, and improve their overall well-being. With advanced training in manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), compression therapy, and holistic rehabilitation, she provides evidence-based, patient-centered care tailored to each individual’s needs.
As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), Alexandra integrates movement, breathwork, and mindfulness into her therapeutic approach, fostering a well-rounded path to healing. She is dedicated to empowering patients through education, personalized treatment plans, and compassionate care, ensuring they feel supported at every stage of their recovery.
She graduated from Kean University with a Bachelors of Arts in Biology and received her Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from the prestigious City of New York College of Staten Island. She received her Lymphedema Therapist certification (CLT) from the Academy of Lymphatic Studies and is credentialed with the Lymphatic Association of North America (LANA) as an advanced lymphedema management specialist.

With over 35 years of experience as a Massage Therapist, Heather has developed advanced expertise in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and Myofascial Release (MFR), focusing on these essential systems of the body that require dedicated and skilled care.
Having worked as a bodyworker and healer for decades, it is clear that human touch is both vital and powerful. Through her work, Heather embraces and integrates alternative therapies, recognizing their effectiveness and the important role they play in healing and overall well-being.
